At Eatzo Delights Private Limited, we take utmost care in delivering fresh and high-quality food products under our brand Makhveda. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as food items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Returns are only accepted if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective
  2. An incorrect item has been delivered

In such cases, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

3. Return Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  1. A replacement will be provided, or
  2. Store credit will be issued (as applicable)

4. Conditions for Return Eligibility

  1. Product must be unused and in original packaging
  2. Complaint must be raised within the specified time
  3. Proper proof (images/videos) is mandatory

5. Non-Returnable Situations
