Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as applicable.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.
